Women High Achievers

As major cuts, particularly in the public sector, are announced today now is the opportunity that you have been waiting for to take control of your working life and ensure that the cuts don’t affect you

Women High Achievers

Enrol on one of our programmes - the successful High Achieving Women initiative that has been running since 2003 designed specifically to help women achieve their full potential, or the High Achievers initiative that is available to all, helping participants to take control of their lives, set targets and meet them.

Both programmes use action based learning within small groups of a maximum of six participants. You will meet three times over a four month period. Activities are based around an action plan designed by yourself with expert support. Other group members will help you meet your targets. Each group is facilitated by a highly skilled professional with experience of achieving in the public sector, academia, the private sector or a small business. Individual facilitators are selected to meet your specific needs.

Of course today’s budget is going to be unpopular and adversely affect many lives but there’s no need for you to wait to be affected. Now is the time to make the change that you’ve been considering for some time. Change employers, set up in business, enrol on that university course, stand for public office. You can do anything you want to.

Our programmes have had excellent feedback, here is a selection of comments:

“This gave me the kick-start that I needed, I knew I had it in me. I just didn’t know how to get there. This showed me how to get there, and changed everything for me.”

“It was a real boost to work with people determined to achieve things….the programme  was really inspiring, and motivational. It’s the best thing I’ve ever done.”

“High Achieving Women helped me to gain promotion rapidly at the city council. The course was absolutely great. I have never looked back”

“I set up my first business after training with PEG. It was fantastic. Really practical. It really told you what to do and what you needed to know.”
