Karen Scofield established LUCZA after unsuccessfully searching for pieces she could throw on after work and look instantly chic yet completely comfortable, something that would look equally great whether for a dinner party or a meal with her family. She says: "Coming home from work I just wanted to take off my heels, tights and skirt but not look like I was ready for bed. I also found other women felt the same. We all wanted to change into something relaxed and easy yet still look great. Clothes that look beautiful and feel luxurious - that's what LUCZA is all about"
LUCZA launches as an e-tail brand in April with a capsule collection of 14 styles all available in a range of neutral classic colours: gold, champagne, pewter, ivory and black. Simplicity is the key with tunics, peasant blouses and palazzo trousers in luxurious silk satin. Laidback glamour is epitomised in a racerback maxi dress in beautifully soft modal washable jersey. Contemporary racerback vests and soft modal cotton leggings with contrast grey cuffs offer flexible dressing options, great for relaxing or a yoga class. An easy chic uncomplicated tunic dress with contrast satin cuffs and hem is ideal for home or add a piece of statement jewellery for an evening out.
All the items have been designed with real women in mind. The trousers are available in 3 lengths, to ensure the perfect fit. A key aspect of the collection is the innovative shelf bra, this integrated and adjustable support features in many of the styles and provides comfort and confidence. All LUCZA items are made in England, using the finest silks and Austrian yarns.
